Track Training Day..

We came, We saw, We definitily kicked its ass.
Unfuckin real day out, Weather was perfect, Bikes where perfect. Couldnt ask for much more.
I managed a 1:10 which i'm very pleased with for my first time on a track. But have to get the suspension sorted to suit my weight, I had my knee, peg and crash mushroom on the deck exiting honda at one stage The best feeling in the world.
The Joker got 1:11 and so did Darren.
The Dapper got a 1:13.
So we did the Killyon Militia Proud, We have a strong team.
Thanks to everyone in Mondello for a great day, Espiecially the marshalls showin me the racing lines

Well said Kev! Was a great day out, still buzzing from it. Everyone did great. Big thanks to the lads there who helped out with tire warmers, stands, getting lap times etc. Sound bunch of lads, enjoyed having the craic with them.

Cant stop smiling alright. Great team work today, Thanks to all involved.
Very impressed with today, And with the right setup of the bikes a top 10 race finish isnt as much of a daydream as before.

A great time was had by all,it was great to get help with warmers etc.myself and kev. snr ( the bronze ) have been talking bikes since 8 am,we are still buzzin from yesterday.If he cant do 11th,he will come down from donegal and be the team mechanic for the day.

The best day ever still cant belive i did a 1.11 way beyond what i expected big thanks to every one for the help yesterday thanks to darren for advising me to go with a new tyre money well spent ,Have to say there was real family atmosphere about our garage everyone eager to help each other out from the limiter offering me a dry tyre to the dapper letting me eat all his cake ha ha ,It was a great bit of crack and cant wait till the 11th

The tights are comfy you should try them ,sound bunch of lads good team work = race wins

im wrecked today,kev snr ( the bronze ),is just home in donegal,id say hes tired after 4 hrs drive.Im gonna ring bout garage tomorrow.Will we take it for the weekend or just 1 day?

I think the 11th of april is only a one day event so just one day will do. Great comfort in there yesterday. And feels a lot more professional in there.

Is there testing on saturday 10th ?

yes there is but you dont have to do it i'm going to do the evening session because i will need to test it after i do the few jobs on it

Nice opportunity to get the bike scrutineered as well! Save all the rushing around on the morning of the 11th. It will be feckin panic stations. Even if I'm not doing the track day I'll be bringing the bike down around 5ish for them to look at and get it signed off.
Anyone else here still wrecked after sat? Must the cold I have or just old age. Tell us more about these tights steve, is this some sort of performance aid on the bike?
