Well the weather has been savage all week and even though i'm not in the best of medical health, I still have no urges for the road bike. Amazing how things change. Last year we lived for going for spin's on the road, now we are mad for track.

I dont get urges to be on the road eithre,since i started on the track.Anyway im off to Ballymoney today,I always wanted to visit Joeys bar,so this is my chance.I will try to remember the camera.

Ah we're all spoiled by the track now. I find the road frustrating when you try and up the pace now. And i seem to go a lot slower on the road, enjoying just being out on the bike. Don't see the point going fast on the road anymore. When yea get it out of your system on the track it much better.

Yeah deffo agree with that. Plus i can ride free when i'm on the track. Not worrying about traffic, or cows, or anything like that. Just me and the getting past the guy in front.
