Team Fitness.

We have heard lots of stories of how fit ya need to be in motorcycle racing so decided we better start training.
We gave up the fags last November and start running. The first night was hell. I taught i was going to die. We ran about 2 miles without stopping. Near the end i wanted to stop but was afraid if i did i would just fall into the ditch and spend the night there. But i made it home and that was the worst, after that every night gets a little easier. Hopefully we are doing enough. Might take up a bit of weight training as well.
