Setup Guide
Suspension is still a bit of a Taboo subject for me. I know how I like my bike to feel when i'm riding and i understand how my suspension works but the task of merging the two into that sweet spot of handling still eludes me slightly. But practice and a lot of reading up on the subject are getting me closer.
Here is a link to what i find is a good guide to understanding suspension.

Re: Setup Guide
Thats a handy guide alright. The more I read about suspension the less I feckin understand the thing. Steve in NDM is ment to be the best for this this stuff. If I had the spare cash would love him to give the bike a complete going over. He races on a green 400zxr and fuckin flys on the thing.

I got andy to set up mine last year at a track day. He does all the lads race bikes and it felt worse after he was finished with it? Could'ent understand. But he has no idea what yea do out on track. Better off learning it yourself alright. Jesus my head is thumping, way too much guinness last night.
