Well i was thinkin since me and dar is debating going the total loss way and podge already has it, some sort of way of starting the bikes would be handy. Save the battery power for the electrics. Starting the bikes kills the battery most. So i have been mulling it over for a few days and was thinking about a mini-moto engine built onto some sort of frame. But then it hit me today. A scooter engine would be better. The engine and drive train on a scooter are all one unit so it would be way easier to make. Just weld it to a frame and modify the hub to take a go-kart size wheel and bingo.
So anyone know where there is a scrappy scooter knocking around. Eh Paddy you's that the dealer know of any.
