Found a few plans and pics of homemade bike lifts. Its fairly handy lookin so ithink i'm gonna build one. Gettin too old for this crawling around the ground shit.

I have a trolly jack thats broken ,but i think the ram is fine,if you want it.What about the hospital bed idea?,i could probably get you 1.

ya need some sort of bench its only a balls down on your nee's trying to work on it, i set up some blocks and two scaffolding planks works deadly, that hospital bed the dealer has is a savage job you can just wheel it in to the corner of the shed and its out of the way
